About the role:

As a Mentor in our Workforce Australia team based at our offices in Sunshine Coast (Nambour or Maroochydore), you will play a vital role in shaping the future of individuals seeking sustainable employment. You will work one on one with our job seeker customers to identify their strengths, remove barriers, and guide them through tailored action plans toward becoming job ready.

This is a dynamic role that blends relationship building, problem solving, and goal setting, while also fostering strong connections with employers, community organisations, and industry partners to create meaningful employment opportunities.

What you'll be doing:

• Build strong, trusting relationships with customers to provide guidance, motivation and mentoring throughout their employment journey
• Identify customer goals, strengths and challenges, and create targeted action plans to achieve sustainable employment outcomes
• Collaborate with employers, community organisations, and industry partners to create and maintain opportunities for employment
• Maintain accurate and compliant records in line with contractual and organisational requirements
• Manage your portfolio effectively to meet targets and deliver results in a fast paced environment

What we're looking for:

• Available to work Full time Hours, Monday to Friday 8.30am -5.30pm
• Salary is $70K + Salary Packaging + Super 12%
• Willing to obtain Police Check and Working with Children Check (Self funded) and hold valid Driver's Licence.
• High level of resilience and ability to adapt your approach to suit different situations
• Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
